SENSORY ANALYSIS

Ruby red with garnet rim. The nose presents hints of blood orange, juniper berries, cinchona and tamarind, against a magmatic background of graphite; followed by vegetal notes of musk, tobacco leaf and licorice root in a setting of leather, eucalyptus, rosemary and caper. It closes with a slight spiciness of black pepper, carob and clove. Muscular and balanced body held up by a fresh savory note and silky tannins. Lingering finish that returns to mineral echoes.
