SENSORY ANALYSIS

Ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, it presents hints of Chinotto, marasca cherry, and Sicilian mint, on an ethereal bouquet with nuances of iodine and nail polish; followed by vegetal notes of rhubarb, medicinal herbs in a frame of golden Virginia tobacco, and dark chocolate. It finishes on echoes of cloves and lava stone. The fresh, savory body supports noble tannins. Very persistent in the finish. A frank and typical expression of a unique territory.
